Nothing last night as not well . Tonight I’m with DD so steak and vegetables. I ate half . Feeling a lot better .

Getting better , making myself eat . So last night DD and I had steak and veg . Today I managed a late lunch and then DD wanted dinner with me again .So I cooked her lamb back strap ( that i had given her ) . And we had sushime and sushi for entree.

Chicken, pasta & vegetable dish with rice, sweet corn and a tomato zucchini & mushroom dish.  Sticky date toffee pudding for dessert.   I had mine for lunch so will have some soup.
