Mab, it is certainly soup weather. I like variety so am scaling down recipes to make just 2 serves. Today , tomato, and chickpeas with Wasabi leaves from the garden, The original recipe had watercress.
Chicken pies, I’ll use RTE recipe for chicken pot pies but make them in the pie machine. Good to freeze for a quick lunch.

We’re still having 30° days. Monday is to be cooler. 30°:seems much cooler than it has been so is ok. We had pizza tonight.

Pork chops steamed in TMX with seedy mustard, cider vinegar honey ginger sauce poured on top with steamed veg and potatoes. Tender as .

Creamy Sundried Tomato Chicken with rice from Bec’s Table. It was nice. We had it with rice.

I over did it with the cooked grains, ( which I add to bread). I’m going to experiment making falafels with some of the mix. I’ll add some besan flour and spices.

Risoni salad artichoke feta chickpeas. DH had a small tin of salmon with his . Didn’t feel like much as unwell the day before. So yesterday was a slow day to catch up . Eating out of the freezer as no shopping done .
