One of our lovely customers bought in some of her leek and pear soup for DH and myself.  Earlier in the week she bought in some 'golden' soup, full of lovely nutritious ingredients.  She is a truly lovely person.  Many customers have also been asking for me which is very heart warming.

Pork Chow Mein from freezer. Will add more green beans and water chestnuts.
I’ve discovered that Wasabi leaves can replace watercress in soup. Warsabi loves Ballarat.

Good SC time. I’ve been reading recipes where you put different ingredients into separate containers within the SC. Think I’ll try it this week. Chicken casserole mix in one container, rice in another and veggies in another. Could use oven bags sealed containers. I’ve got some SS containers that might work.

Left over beef casserole with potato mash and a pumpkin & spinach dish.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.
