Small filled roll. I made 12 small rolls in square muffin tin. The bread mix was 1/2 Laucke sprouted grain flour and 1/2 white bread flour. Nice for a small meal.

Your system has certainly taken a battering recently, Mab, so it's not surprising you are not very hungry at the moment.  With luck it will come back soon and you can start settling down again into your normal routine - be sure you give yourself a couple of special treats, too.

I made a small stew (3 meals) using 125g pork mince and diced veggies and managed to eat it without blending.
