What do you dip in the dips Chookie?
We’re having Meat pies from the freezer with wedges. A slack meal but I’ve been busy most of the day.

Cookie, I made one dip based on low fat ricotta and herbs from the garden. Added a bit of Greek yogurt to loosen it up. Also I roasted some Red Capsicums in the AF and added these to Hummus which I made in TMX . I left it a bit chunky. Also made a fish spread( not diet friendly) tuna in oil, drained, anchovies and butter. Mixed together until smooth. Lovely on toast, under a poached egg.

Thanks Chookie.
We had a RTE dish for dinner. It was ok, nothing to rave about.

Roasting a small chicken in my new Ninja BBQ air fryer. Will add veggies also. Might try a small apple pie in it also.

We had flathead for dinner tonight and I managed to drop the plate they were on and spilt most of them on the floor.

Cooked a roast pork dinner for myself. I will reheat the remaining Pork for GC Dinner with fresh veggies. I made some GF yogurt lemon cakes( used Potato flour) will serve these with custard and cream.
