Wow Cookie that's a very nice set up with lots of exciting trips ahead for you.

Meat balls in tomato sauce with potato casserole, beans & fresh garden carrots for the men.  Just soup for me.

I know this has got nothing to do with last night's dinner - but your motor home looks nothing short of fantastic, Cookie.  Well worth the wait.

Our dinner was boring pasta with passata out of a jar!!

My next door neighbour has given me 2 large bags of home grown organic salad veggies. So grilled chicken thighs and salad. Strawberries .

Tonight we are having a RTE recipe that she has recently emailed out. It has barramundi in it. https://www.recipetineats.com/creamy-baked-fish-on-potato-gratin/

Made some small No Fuss rolls. Removed most of the crumb and filled with Curry mince. These freeze well and a quick zap in microwave and then in AF. Served with coleslaw.

Beef in Oyster Sauce with rice. I had a couple of apples in the fridge, so I have made an apple crumble with macadamias in the crumble. It yum.
