Marinated salmon for DH with chips, corn and peas.  DS doesn't like salmon so he is having Macaroni Cheese with bacon, onion and chicken in it.  A poached egg again for me as I am having some trouble again with food at the moment.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

We are having crumbed steak and veggies.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Mab, eggs great food value.
Last night a neighbour and I went to a Vietnamese  Restaurant for dinner. The food was great as was the service. Will go again.  Eating out in Ballarat is patchy.

Macaroni cheese with a crunchy topping . A cookidoo recipe, i tried it for the topping! It was good and the topping was crunchy. A huge amount! Next time I would half of or do two dishes and freeze one .

Sausages with potato mash & broccolini for DH, left over macaroni cheese for DS and a protein drink for me.
