Marinated salmon for DH with chips, corn and peas.  DS doesn't like salmon so he is having Macaroni Cheese with bacon, onion and chicken in it.  A poached egg again for me as I am having some trouble again with food at the moment.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Mab, eggs great food value.
Last night a neighbour and I went to a Vietnamese  Restaurant for dinner. The food was great as was the service. Will go again.  Eating out in Ballarat is patchy.

Love bangers and mash.

One of my favourite meals, with peas.

We had soup and Sizzler toast as we were at a NFG lunch.

Made creamy chicken curry and rice from Cookidoo. It was really nice. I made the rice in a ring tin in the varoma, as per recipe. It was ready in 40mins.
The guided cooking is working out well for me.

That’s great Mich. I enjoy the guided cooking but can’t help myself sometimes and fiddle with times etc. 😀😀😀😀

We had steak sandwiches tonight. A quick, easy meal as we had a car run today.
