Working today so was going to take something out of the freezer - but then someone mentioned the Chorizo & Balsamic fettucine from QFITT in a thread and I just happen to have some chorizo handy.... Haven't tried this recipe yet, sounds good.

Tandoori chicken and naan from the freezer.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Gad to see others are eating from the freezer. Over the next 10 days 50% will be from the freezer, everything bulging out again.

Lasagna and veges. Bolognaise already made. Just need to make Béchamel sauce and layer it. Then to make some lemon concentrate from the forum. Left over Sticky Date Pudding for dessert.

We had Chicken breasts stuffed with figs, spices & spinach, cooked in the oven in a tomatoey sauce (to which I also added a good dollop each of caramelised garlic paste and the sundried tom pesto I made today).

Served with mash and Tenina's fruity quinoa stuffed capsicums, everything went together perfectly, was so delicious.
Forgot to drizzle the remainder of the sauce over the top before taking the photo.

If anyone would like the recipe let me know and I will post in the other section.  :D

Had the Chicken Almond Curry with Yoghurt I made yesterday from the Dinner Spinner App. Could certainly feel the heat from the chillies!

Here it is:

Wow JuliO they are to die for.

For those using their iPads don't forget you can just take a screen shot of the recipe and you don't have to print it then.

Gert

Ohh I didn't know I could do that, that would be really useful.  How do I take a screen shot, Gert?
As my picture shows, I've suddenly become younger :-)  DD was of the opinion that her picture should be here, not mine!
