I really really should. We have not been up there in a while. I sort of get sick of all the driving I do . I need some coffee beans. Could I buy lamb cheaper in the IGA in Atherton? It is lovely up there. Where is the fish? Love some coral trout.

Thank you so much Robyn but tomorrow is out a we are having some visitors. When we can make it there will definitely give you a call. I thought you worked in Atherton. Youngaburra is a very small place . If i gave you cooee from the park i am sure you would come out and wave from whever you are. LOL!

Since having my attention drawn to the old chit chat thread about pie makers (
) I decided to drag mine out!
Pie maker + leftover chicken + steamed pumpkin + fresh corn + gravy = cheap, easy dinner = Very Happy Amy :-)
And no, the pies were not really the size of UFO's

Tonight I dug in the freezer.
From my freezer we had Butter chicken, Lamb Rogan Josh.
Made Naan Bread with onion & cumin, Indian book, plus rice.

knowing Hubby & Son would be starving from hunting all day, I made pizza bread
And a chicken pasta bake, with semi dried toms,spinach and pesto cream sauce.
