Thanks Maddy, will have to make that yummy bread soon, my lot will love it.

Tasty - tagine was "the best one ever" Hubby said. It was pretty good I must say. I love my tagine and use it alot over winter, fills the house with yummy smells. I put fresh beetroot in this one and it really made it nice - added sweetness without putting in the usual honey or dried fruits.

I should write down what I put in it before I forget so I can make it again!

Pasta dough is done. Is it ok to leave it in the fridge for a few hours till I'm ready to roll it?

Yes the dough was easy to make, no effort at all. Bet I don't say that when I actually start rolling ;)

How thin do you usually go with lasagna sheets?
Was really easy to do. I feel like I have done something wrong cause it was so easy.

Will you leave it hanging up until you use it dede? I don't think I would have anywhere to hang pasta. The dog would probably eat it.

Ok I have now moved my sheets to clean tea towels.
Another question. In the lasagna recipe it says precooked lasagna sheets. What do I do now?
Do I cut them to size and drop them in boiling water before I make the lasagna up?

No need to precook  these sheets. I am assuming hou are putting the whole lasagna into the oven.

I do the same as Fundj.  Once rolled I keep under a towel to keep from drying out while I continue rolling the rest into sheets.  I find they are much easier to use/cut into shape/size when pliable.

Unless of course you want to dry it out to store for future use.  I don't hang them as I prefer them flat.

I love making pasta and it does taste so much better than the bought stuff.  :)
