Here is Mr Roast Chicken :D

The Brussel sprouts were really yummy. Which is certainly an achievement for the humble Brussel sprout :-))

Love a hearty roast chicken meal Amy - haven't done one for a while.  Looks great and nice to see someone else take the skin off for serving ;)

Thanks Judy, we love a good roast here :D You take the chicken skin off too? I can't stand the stuff, but I've been to dinner with other people who leave it on and EAT it :o

My DH would eat it if I left it on but me being the good wife I am, it's not good for you so off it comes.  For visitors I would leave it on and then it would be their choice to eat it or leave it Gert.   Mind you DH would not be happy to see others had it and he didn't ;D

Skin on here too. It is the best part (apart from the stuffing of course).

Tonight is curried sausages. Made yesterday, in the fridge ready to be reheated. Just need to make mashed potatoes when I get home.
