I like to do a small rump roast of Kangaroo with a balsamic reduction glaze. Yum takes on a few minutes.

Gert,  there are a few Kangaroos around here whose rumps I would like.  They eat our newly planted trees. ;D

Dinner tonight is lasagne from the freezer with home made chips and chocolate self saucing pudding.  This is the standard menu when two of our grand daughters are here and they have a third one for a sleep over.  They have taken Grandpa to the movies to see Ice Age 4 and then back here for a sleepover.  A noisy night ahead I think.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Something quick and easy I think.
