oooh that brulee looks divine!!

Maddy I would say I prefer stir fries done the traditional way, but TMX is so much easier and cleaner, lol. And still tastes great.

tonight we had Roast Lamb, roast potatoes, baked mushrooms, veg and yorkshire puddings.
The yorkshire pudding batter and the gravy were made in the TMX.  (and yes I know not traditional to have yorkies with lamb but they are a complete favourite in our house. )

That looks soooo good JulieO!! Making my mouth water...

I really should put a signature on my photos too - I'm always in too much of a hurry! What happened to Maddy? Did someone nick her photos? Someone nicked some of Helene's, but she got onto them and they deleted them off their site. Cheeky!!

Not only did someone nick her photo Jo, they copied her cheese & bacon rolls recipe onto RC when she already had it there.  I couldn't find it the other day when I went to see what the poster's reaction was to comments - maybe it was deleted quick smart.

Tonight for tea we are having Beef & Guiness Stew with mashed potato.  Have GD today so have made enough to go home with her for their tea with some spring rolls for entree. We had another lot for lunch today and I taught GD how to roll them - she did a great job.

Some people are rude, aren't they!! Well we'll just have to keep an eye out for each other!  :-* :-*

I made some spelt bagels today, and some of Helene's Bacon Jam (no. 2 - sooooo good!!), so we had Cauliflower & Almond Soup (minus the cream) with a bit of bacon jam on top (I thought it needed a little more flavour), and bagels to dip in, and some lamb chops.  :)

i love the signature too. i grew up on the belief that if someone copies you it is a huge compliment, but in this day and age it does get wearsome to be so forgiving.

And it's just frustrating if you've done all the hard work but someone else takes the credit!

All your meals look lovely. We had corned beef in the slow cooker tonight. It looks as though it will be too windy for us to go fishing so it will do for cold meat. The weather here is lovely, although the evenings could be cooler. I spent most of today sitting in the annexe of the van reading and looking out at the ocean. very relaxing.
DH has been telling everyone about the apple risotto so I guess we will be making it soon to share.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
