We had JulieO's casserole with potatoes on it. I had made the meat part and frozen it, then tonight added the potatoes and put it in the oven. It was very nice. Thanks JulieO.

Having had a cooked lunch, we only wanted something quick and light for tea so I tried this
'More than 2 Minute Noodles'
recipe which has been in my 'to do' list for ages. I was never a fan of this type of food but I know some kids love them. This is the healthy version.

Last night was Chicken, Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni from the forum. I had fun making it, but unfortunately mum said it was "only okay"

Calzone looks great Maddy
We've had those exact same dinner plates since mum first moved into this house about 20 years ago. We've only smashed a couple from the set
I don't know what you've been doing with your crockery...

Last night we went to Hog's Breath for dinner as we were filling in time while DS had a performance at school.
Tonight risotto for DS as DH had to go to Nelson Bay for the day for work. I will just have something light
