I just threw some chicken drumsticks and potatoes in the weber when we got home late this afternoon and made a quick salad.  Very little effort but we enjoyed it.

Roast Pork with the works (roast veggies and gravy) was expecting my Brother from Melbourne as I was told he was coming for Dinner wednesday night. But no one told me it was next Wednesday night :(
Oh well, we all still enjoyed it :D

How annoying Mandi, you will have to do it all again next week :-))

Pork chops and veg for mum and SD :)
