We have guests ATM, so lunch was the Mauricettes rolls from here, and this Cream of Chicken Soup recipe from the Canadian Thermomix site. Both worked together really well though next time I'd add more chicken to the soup,

For tea it was the Thin And Crispy pizza base from here, along with a Pizza sauce from here. We do the pizza and sauce nearly once a week we love it so much. Tonight I added chicken as a topping that was cooked/fried in some of the tikka paste (no additional oil) and it was lovely and an interesting contrast to the tomato sauce.

I love my thermie

It will be fine GHM - I would think the only difference is that you would peel a continental cucumber but not a Lebanese one.

I made tzatziki during the week and used continental cucumber. I think it has more water content but tastes very similar to Lebanese cucumber. Nobody complained about mine GHM  :)

We had a toasted bacon & egg sandwich (with tomato sauce & white pepper).  I know not really a dinner meal, but we thoroughly enjoyed it.  :D

Pizzas for us. Two 'normal' and one with Theo 's cream sauce topped with thinly sliced potato and rosemary leaves.

Left over marinated lamb in home made mini loaves,  salad & amazingly crispy chips, I surprised myself, you could hear the crunch, :P
