Last time I was there (only a few weeks ago) I had a very disappointing meal at the local motel

Curry here too Obbie. This one is called simply Indian Beef Curry from the Whimsical Wife blog which I cooked in my pc. I served with coconut rice (Bill Granger) cooked by the absorbtion method. Was really good.
