Made the EDC meatloaf and it was surprisingly nice. Everyone wants me to do it again.

So it sounds like the EDC meatloaf is definitely a winner.  Kimmy, did it take a lot of time and effort to prepare.  From memory it spans two pages of the EDC....

Well we had Jamies  lamb kofte with pitta & greek salad.
It was delicious, didnt have any olives or cherry  tomatoes so left them out.
I made the pitta bread whereas he didn't. Took me 34 mins working  quicky :) but was using left hand most of the time, but did have dh passing me stuff. I dont see how it coud be made in 15 mins. Dh & I loved it, ds wasnt that keen, thoght he would love the meat  but said it was ok. In our view a very yummy healthy meal.

Yes I found it easy even though the recipe looks long winded. You basically  mince your meat and mix up meatloaf then wrap in bacon. Then steam it whilst sauce cooks in varoma. I read the newspaper (which happens like never) while it cooked. :)
