i made Teninas spicy beef curry and it was the best ever !! here is link and a photo which i should have taken before most of it gone!!

http://tenina.com/2012/09/spicy-thai-beef-curry-thermomix-hotmixpro/

Hi GHM! I'm planning on making this tonight but in the ingredients list on Tenina's dinner spinner app it lists 3 red chillies where as in an email which I receive for Tenina's website it lists 3 large dried chillies soaked in boling water. I have fresh red chillies, do you remember what you used? Does it matter? I like a bit of heat but don't want to make it inedible either! Thanks in advance!  ;D

Can't help with that, sorry.

We had fish pie, broccoli, cabbage and then orange cake for dessert.

Fried mashed potato?  Please explain !

I intended to take a photo of what I had but by the time I remembered, this is what's left

Sorry but it was good.  Maltese bragioli (beef olives) with the sauce mopped up by the left over Hallys High Bread.

Full bellies here ;)

Yep, leftover mashed potato then fried in the fry pan... stays nice and soft on the inside, and all golden and crunchy on the outside, so yum... and mixed with runny yolked fried eggs it is even better!  :D

Sorry, bit late to take a pic.  :(

Ummm probably, hadn't really thought about it, just one of those things you grow up eating in a big family...everything leftover was somehow made into something else to stretch for another meal. Funny thing is DH loves it and grew up with it too. He is one of 6 kids, I am one of 8... :-))
