I'm making
Butter Chicken
tonight with mock rice. Unfortunately, I didn't start making the tikka paste until after 6pm so its going to be a late dinner tonight.

Marinating some porterhouse steak with my red wine vinegar & herb marinade, to have with QFITTM fresh corn pancetta & chives salad, and an ordinary salad. Then dessert will be QFITTM strawberry yoghurt sorbet.
