DH just cooked me the most beautiful steak sandwich, the steak melted in the mouth
, and better still is the fact that I get a night off cooking

How lovely dede.
We're having Mum's Meat Slice tonight, with mash and green peas.

Mini pork and veal meat loaves.
They look brilliant Kimmy!
We were supposed to be going shopping but since mum had to work late we didn't get to go. So I'll just be looking for something in the pantry/fridge.....

Today I made some lovely little Agnolotti filled with spinach, ricotta, parmesan, fresh nutmeg (which really came through, was lovely) and a good grind of pepper. Served with a fresh matriciana sauce. Was really good.
