Home made burgers with home made buns.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Pumpkin, cauliflower and spinach curry using the tikka paste from Fast and Easy Indian book. So easy as the paste was pre-made and frozen. Served with toasted caramelised onion and Nigella bread instead of rice for a change.

It was Amy and so very easy. All I had to do was chop a couple of veggies. Kids wolfed it down and that's the main thing. :)
