Teriyaki chicken skewers, baked potato and steamed broccoli. It's 36 degrees here though so might rethink the baked potato idea!

Chicken thigh fillet with garlic butter in the centre, wrapped in bacon. Really really yum!  :)

Pasta with vegetarian & mock tomato sauce. FAILSAFE. I just throw kidney beans and chopped celery, beans in when the mock sauce is cooking. Cheap and easy option when I've run out of  meat.

Dinner Spinner Macaroni Cheese.....kiddie style (cheddar & mozzarella cheese, no mustard powder, added hidden zucchini and peas)
