We have guests coming tonight so I thought I'd wow them with home made Butter Chicken (with home made Tikka past of course!)

Butter Chicken
Cumin Rice
Naan
And curry number 2 TBA...any suggestions? I was thinking maybe vegetable Jalfrezi??? Something different/complimentary to the Butter Chicken...
I have a Facebook page with all things cooking, you'll find it here: https://www.facebook.com/What-Amber-Ate-1097437023601587/

DS is having leftover chicken lasagne. DH and I are having steak. Just looking for a nice marinade for the steak.
Will have steamed veges with it and mashed potato, sweet potato and pumpkin.
Exercise is a dirty word... Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate

Chicken cacciatore risotto because I have the ingredients in the freezer. Been away for a week and no chance to go shopping for the next couple of days, good excuse to use up freezer stuff!

Left over cold roast beef with salad.  Good old fashioned junket with fruit for dessert.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

We had my created version of beef olives tonight using sizzle steak. I made Italian potatoes from the  "What's for Dinner?" Book. They were very nice.

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
