Chickpea patties and salad here.....too hot to be bothered to make much more. I googled 'thermomix chickpea patties' and found this one from the recipe community, it was pretty good. I think I'll tweak it a bit for next time as it was a bit 'pasty' and I'd like the patties to be a bit chunkier. But I'll try it again, the flavours were nice and the incredients were all on hand :)
