When you do the lamb Hally, place a dish of water in the BBQ. Will help to stop it from drying out

Great tip with the pan of water...we've done a few BBQ rotisseries recently, and I didn't know that!  Will try that next time.

Having chicken curry tonight...yet to decide on exact recipe.  Using pre-made tikka pasteas a base, and we'll see...
