Going out with a girlfriend for dinner tonight.  DH is having meat loaf with salad.  He was invited but decided not to come.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

A Jamie Oliver pasta tonight - being made by my youngest who is a brand new vegetarian (a decision taken the other day after helping her dad to load the steers for their last (and only, actually) ride.

Cut one of the huge crumbed chicken fillets through the centre, topped it with Tenina's sundried tomato pesto and mozzarella, scrounged some vegies from my very depleted stocks and made some hash browns.

YUM Judy and Uni :D

I nearly had a dinner disaster tonight :-\ Making Sonan's Low Fat Pasta Carbonara, and I realised I only had 180g pasta :o So in went some noodles :-)) Then the sauce boiled over so much that I didn't think there would be enough left in the TMX :o And in the end it turned out like a soup, but I was completely over it by that stage so I just served it in bowls with spoons ;D

As long as it tasted good Amy, it doesn't matter.

Don't worry Amy at least your disaster was still edible unlike mine yesterday  ;)

How did it taste as that's all that really matters. I hope it was nice
