I coated some chicken thighs with my fish/chikn crispy coating (condiments & sauces), topped with a dash of chilli mayo (low carb book), my root vegie mash (vegetarian), and some broccoli and beans. It was really tasty, and DH said much nicer than what you get in a restaurant (mind you, he's not talking about a five star one ) just as well we didn't go to a restaurant cos he fell asleep before dessert (salted maple syrup icecream) and I've paid the bill (washed the dishes)Sitting back here now with my glass of and glad I didn't have to get dressed up nor drive home.
