Hope you had a nice anniversary Kim :)

Defrosted 3 steaks on the drive back yesterday, so had a bbq
Tonight Tacos, meat & sauce in freezer.

Going to try & use up bits & pieces this week :)

Tonight we are having crumbed cutlets. Serving with Camembert mashed potato, Steamed carrots, beans and corn, and baked garlic zucchini.
My DH deserves spoiling today. Before I got out of bed he had done 2 loads of washing and hung them in the line.
Exercise is a dirty word... Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate

We had Tacos using the recipes from here. Sauce & mince frozen  for approx 3 minths, defrosted well & tasted delicious.

We had chicken Caesar burgers, really enjoyed, and I made the dressing to, so yum, I may add an extra anchovy next time, and there will be a next time
