Had a lovely lunch out at beachside restaurant but now having a small serve of the best beef rendang I have ever cooked.
Using recipe from my Balinese 'family' that I have had for 20 years but first time I have cooked in pressure cooker....  They don't eat beef as Hindu but love the Javanese rendang so they substitute chicken and theirs is amazing,. I have used their recipe for years but the pressure cooker delivered the best ever... Love it  ;D

Are you allowed to share the recipe with us Mama, or is it a family secret?  :D

MF, it seems a few people are interested in your Beef Rendang recipe - any chance of you sharing with us please?

At least leftovers are easy Astarra :D
I've got some leftover roast chicken. I might make bechamel sauce and boil up some pasta for a chicken pasta bake :D

I'm just making some savoury mince but will probably top it with mashed potato and turn it into a cottage pie for lunch tomorrow. Didn't need to cook today but forgot about a bit of mince that needed to be cooked.

Thanks for all the wonderful ideas  and photos.
Fish in bread crumbs, cold slaw and just saw a recipe for potatoes to try. served with sour cream and horse radish.  Made Belgium Lemon Tea Cake but replaced the lemon filling with rhubarb and apple,  and a little spice added to pastry.
