Beef rendang, Indonesian fried rice and oven baked spiced chicken. DD's request as she, her DH, MIL and the kids are all coming for dinner.
Pretty hot here but inside lovely and cool thanks to AC  :)

MF these sound nice.  I'd love your recipe for the Rendang, fried rice and even the spiced chicken. Are they in any thermothingy books?
Is the Rendang very hot?

Will be posting the rendang recipe when I get my wifi fixed cookie. You can make it as spicy as you want it. It's traditionally quite spicy but you don't have to add as much chilli as per recipe. They are not from books but from Balinese friends that I have had for many years. I can post the chicken and rice recipes as well if you are interested. Losing some posts that I think have sent due to wifi disconnecting periodically. Very frustrating especially with recipes.  :(

We had the3 dishes for dinner last night and also a green bean dish. It was yum. I will post them all when my wifi is working as too long to type on my phone. Can type short posts from my phone but recipes are too long and I often hit the wrong keys on phone  LOL

Did they taste nice Amy? That's more important than how they look  ;)
