I hate dinner disasters Amy! Never mind, onwards and upwards!  We all have days like that. I love cooking so much I take it as a real kick in the guts when it goes wrong but it's all compensated when you create something beautiful the next day.

Kimmy ;D ;D ;D I can see that as a recipe title, "Amy's Great Balls of Fire." :D :D

Thanks Brumington :D I don't often have dinner disasters. I'm usually good at fixing dishes if I make mistakes with the recipe :-)) But you're right, I'll make something awesome tomorrow and feel great about it :D

Will be posting the rendang recipe when I get my wifi fixed cookie. You can make it as spicy as you want it. It's traditionally quite spicy but you don't have to add as much chilli as per recipe. They are not from books but from Balinese friends that I have had for many years. I can post the chicken and rice recipes as well if you are interested. Losing some posts that I think have sent due to wifi disconnecting periodically. Very frustrating especially with recipes.  :(

The chicken recipe would be great too MF thanks

Will post it Yvette  :D

Making my first frittata in the new machine tonight.
Did anyone who made it in the machine have any problems with the timing in the booklet or was it all good?
Hope it is as nice as the conventional cooking method  ;)

I didn't cook it as long as in the book, if I did it would have been well and truly burnt! I think I only good it for half the time stated but just went by smell and look of it! ;D I also rotated it quite often - mine cooked really quick!  ;D

Thanks kt2 that's what I was worried about.
When I cook it of the stove top you can see it setting and then I pop in the oven under the grill. Dont tine it just go by sight.
I presume it cooks in the machine with the lid on all of the time?

Yes, I have the lid down while it's cooking. I use the vegetable frittata recipe in the instruction book but I think I also just kept it on setting 2 while cooking.  :)

Chicken stir fry tonight.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I take about 6-7 minutes for a pizza.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.
