We had baked fish, pasta salad, beetroot salad and garden salad :)

Followed by Easter egg brownie with homemade chocolate strawberry icecream!!! :D :D :D

Thanks Kimmy ;D I deliberately served smaller desserts in smaller bowls because both the brownie and icecream are very rich ;)

Just arrived home from an amazing tapas meal. Wish we ad time to go back for more but will have to be next month if DH takes a Friday off work. Not relying on it as business is full on at the moment

We had ham salad. I cooked some of the 5 grains I posted about earlier this week and added raisins, cashews,pineapple, red pepper and cucumber. Served with new bread made today and spinach, rocket and lettuce leaves.
Tomorrow will try the bulgar and quinoa grains in another ham salad. Ham needs eating.
I had banana for afters and DH had his treat of a choccie eclair left from yesterday.
