good one Hally, is that nigella seeds on the pita bread?
(got some from Liquorice and got some fresh yeast from Re Store - hate to advertise these places for free but my fingers have done a lot of walking by phone to get success). OMG I love the taste of Nigella!

Mmmm, delicious!! About keeping the curries hot, my friend made a heap of curries for a curry night and this is what she did: cooked the curries in tmx at midday, put each one into a thermoserver (she has lots of thermoservers because she's held lots of demos for me, bless her!), wrapped each server in a towel, and placed them in an esky. They stayed hot, and when it was dinner time, she opened them up and they were still steaming!! Love those thermoservers!

Oh I made a real tasty meal tonight in the pc. It's a Mexican dish called Chicken Mole. I used the TM for all the prep work of making the paste etc, I served with plain rice but it would also be good on tortillas apparently.

Thanks Hally, Yes it's the new camera. I haven't played with any settings or anything yet, but my DH took a couple of photos of a couple of flowers, again without studying best setting etc and they've turned out really good. I think we'll have fun with this.

Tonight we had risotto balls, Arancini, from left over mushroom risotto, with a tomato and olive sauce. Tomorrow family visiting for lunch . Made the dessert today so I can play with the GC. Made Cold Chocolate Pud. and Isi's Light Coffee Custard. DIL loves this. Cooked Oat Sour Dough Loaf.
