Mum and SD went out for dinner last night, so I made myself some Dutch curry and rice soup. It was delicious, exactly how I remember it
Tonight we're all going out for dinner for DB's birthday. He's picked an Italian restaurant
Kimmy, happy birthday to your DS for yesterday

Have astarra's slow cooked lamb chops on - serving it with mashed potato, zucchini slice and brussel sprouts.

I used forequarter chops as they were on special and cut as much fat off as I could. They weren't overly fatty though.

Pity I didn't plate it up a bit nicer but it was mouth watering and DH had a huge plateful and went back for seconds.

Looks delicious mich.
Made EDC beef rendang using brazen's tweaks. Have never tried rendang so can't compare, but really enjoyed the flavours. No photo as not a pretty dish!
