Red Thai Chicken Curry . . . which was actually a green curry - that's my favourite paste ATM - and had to sub some of the vegetables. . . . so simple and quick - but a firm favourite!

Judy's Moroccan sausages with steamed veggies, this is the third time we have had this recipe and all but one love it (but she doesn't like sausages any way) but she will eat sausage rolls

JuliaBalbilla's chicken jambalaya. If you haven't tried this it's just fantastic.
Will definitely be cooking this again.

Tuna in some form or other. Will check out the recipes on here and in the new books and then decide.

BBQ butterflied leg of lamb with lime chive creme fraiche & veggies.
Very proud of myself, just boned and butterflied my first leg of lamb. One side needs to be bashed out as its much thicker, but happy as I have never done this before.

i just did a silverside in the varoma after seeing the idea on here somewhere the other day.
So much easier than getting the slow cooker or big saucepan out!!!!
I'm off to work soon, so will see what the family thinks when i get homw.
I did have a little taste and it was pretty good
