Now I suppose you are going to tell us you put those artichoke hearts in the pav? Lol!

been there . . seen them . . . done that . . . in different ways !! . . So glad I'm not the only one!!
Actually, artichokes in the pav sounds pretty avant-garde. . . it could take take off and you'd be the toast of the town!!!

Wait until you are my age. No telling what you may find in odd places.

Tonight I made lasagne. I made the Ragu last night - chopped all the veges in my Thermo Chef and cooked it in my pressure cooker. We ate it with pasta, and I had half the sauce left over. I used the leftovers in my lasagne, and made the white sauce in my Thermo Chef. I had half a cooked and puréed cauliflower in the freezer, so I added it to the white sauce. It was delicious.
I made a chocolate hazelnut self saucing pudding with candied orange peel. I converted the recipe on the fly. It was really yummy, but next time I would do it differently .

Nice and easy tonight. Baked dinner (lamb). DH is off to NZ tomorrow morning so wanted to cook a favourite for him.
I don't think he will get to eat at his favourite restaurants as much this trip as a lot of Christchurch is still closed.
Luckily he is from a family of wonderful cooks.
