Today I made spinach fettuccine to serve with a creamy spinach sauce & roasted tomatoes.  Wasn't as flavoursome as I was expecting, though it does have promise.  Wll tweak it more next time as I think the recipe can be saved.  :)

I agree whole-heartedly with both statements! Tacos with lots of avocado and tomato...yummmmm
