Looks fine H  
If you spray with veg oil, take off large seal, place tray or plate on top, carefully turn over, and I loosen the inner seal and let it sit for a few minutes, before taking ring off, gravity usually does the job fine.
If making something chilled, do the same, but drape a damp warm tea towel over ring, sit for a few minutes, and that helps it unmould.

He is eating really well at the moment Uni - it wasn't long ago when he would only have eaten half of what was on that plate so it's a pleasure to cook for him just now.

My Brother was diagnosed last year with MS (35)...I think his appetite lessens on the day of injections, every 2nd day.
