Maddy, did you use a mini loaf tin for your meatloaves, great idea if you did.  You've made me want apple pie now too.  ;D

CP, will be interested in what you think and whether you ended up using the full amount of pepper.  ;D

I did, although smallish, they were surprisingly filling.  The cavities were the perfect size for the prosciutto to wrap around.

Julie that port looks great. I don't remember seeing it in the WW PC book I've got, I'll need to have a better look. We love pork ribs in our house.

Dinner tonight: Chicken Drums with Roast potato and Kumara, steamed broc (TM), curried corn and carrot dish (TM), and Garlic Bread (TM). Oh and gravy of course. Just a very basic one as usual here!!!  :-[

Roast pork and lots of veggies tonight.  It's freezing in Adelaide today and after a week of not feeling well and being tired, comfort food is needed  ;D

I'm going to try the stir fry cabbage recipe JD posted as one of the veggies.
