I think we have some little steaks on the menu tonight. Definitely not good for a $100 per week budget. Good thing I'm not doing the challenge ;D

Vegetable soup with bacon & pasta with some damper.
Coconut cake for dessert.
Exercise is a dirty word... Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate

freezer dinner tonight, varoma bread and some fritters made with last nights stuffing that i used for the mussles

We ate half of ours, the other half for the freezer. Unfortunately DD7 doesn't really like lasagne, but she's just hard to please!

Dinner tonight is the leftover Pad Thai from lunch that I kinda stuffed up but which ended up so tasty.

DH has said he's out tonight so it's leftovers for DS and me.Either Fried Rice or Shepherds Pie  :)

The soup was absolutely delish. Too much veges for TMX so had to do it on the stovetop. Enough leftover for dinner Friday night.

We had a chicken & mushroom pasta for tea tonight - I used the flesh from the 2 leftover Moroccan chicken marylands from the other day.  Also a creme brulee each.

That chicken and mushrooms looks really yummy Judy - my kind of meal ;)
Glad to see a few other people who didn't have lasagne! I don't feel so left out now :)
