I made the thin and crispy pizza dough from this forum, chopped half of my toppings and then turned the oven on. Then nothing. My oven is dead. The clock works, but that's all. Sob sob...It has been playing up - I would set it at 180C and the thermometer I placed in the oven would be at it's absolute maximum. Other times it would be behaving itself and the thermometer would agree with the temperature setting. Uh! I can't cope without an oven for long.Luckily I have terrific neighbours and I was able to cook the pizzas in their oven. They were so crispy and yummy- I will definitely be making this again ( if I can get my oven fixed). I let the kids choose their own toppings and made one for myself with caramelised garlic paste, red onion, rosemary, pink sea salt and thinly sliced potato.
