LOL thanks Froz ;D Sometimes I feel like saying that but I try to keep mummy happy ;)

Here is the finshed product. Mum and step-dad liked it, but my twerp of a brother complained that it tasted like play-doh!!

I have made risotto from EDC and I added quite a bit to it as the first few times I made it wasnt quite enough as we all wanted seconds.  While the risotto was cooking I roasted some sweet potato and bacon and steamed some chicken and broccoli in the varoma. I put some spinach leaves in the thermoserver and them tipped it all in together I just about got the lid on and it was plenty for five 2 adults and 3 teens. I also made the apricot walnut and raisin loaf, yum.  Have already bookmarked the recipes I am going to make tomorrow. Does the novelty of TMX wear off???!

I'm tossing up between eating something from the freezer or having Slow Cooked Spicy Calamari.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
