I think I'll make some sort of pasta tonight. I'll get out my trusty pasta cookbook and convert a recipe :)

Have changed the menu for tonight as the lamb was a 2.2kg leg, not chops as I had thought, so is still not thawed...will have it tomorrow night instead...
tonight I think we will now have lasagne. :)

Lunch & dinner for me. Dinner for boys & any ledt overs for dh lunch tomorrow.
Easy to make using my left hand, chicken & chorizio paella.

Chicken risotto. Still trying to convert my much loved Janelle Bloom microwave risotto to the TM. Current attempts have the jury hung, half like it in TM and other half prefer mw.
kimmy can u please post your MW  risotto recipe in the non Thermomix section,it can be handy if the TM is sick , in use or on hoildays

Hally....do you use a paella pan?....I pick one up every single time I go into a kitchen ware store...I decide not to buy, but each time I go back, I pick it up again  :P
