Oh have no thawed chicken but found some beef strips in the fridge so will do them with wedges and salad. Thanx again, you're a gem!

I find I need a tea towel round my hand when I open the pizza maker. The steam always gets me.

Mmm, yes a tea towel is a good idea. Just as I felt the sting, I remembered that the instructions said that a glove might be necessary when opening the lid. It is a horrible design...I'm almost inclined to take it back. But the pizzas are so yummy and quick!

I use kitchen tongs to lift up the lid, which works well.

OMG Yvette, we used to go to Hat Head every May School holidays as a kid. Haven't been for about 25 years. Must go again soon. The bowling club always did great meals. We only went there if the men (dad and his mates) didn't catch anything that day
