Sounds good Hally  :)

I am going to make Hungarian chicken paprika now.
Going to GD's birthday party so if we don't eat it tonight it will be in the fridge for tomorrow night.

Yummy Hally.
Been a busy week here too and not a lot of cooking. Will make a cottage pie for tea. Get some comfort food in before hot weather returns.

Would love your recipe for this if it isn't a hassle to post.

My favourite bbq (but not using the bbq with fire danger rating here :( ), Rosemary, lemon & garlicky chicken and beef kebabs marinated in soy, garlic and ginger. Serving with no fuss rolls (pull apart style), broccoli, celery and apple salad and beetroot salad. Easy entertaining.
I have a Facebook page with all things cooking, you'll find it here: https://www.facebook.com/What-Amber-Ate-1097437023601587/

Cornbeef done in the slow cooker with potato and pumpkin mash, cabbage, broccoli and carrots and cheese sauce done in the TMX.

Going out tonight.

JulieO that food looks lovely, especially the rainbow salad.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Maddy, from Jamie's 30 min meals, page 164.  Used the 4mm grater disc with the Magimix.  :D

I cooked extra vegies with today's lunch so that we could have this frittata for tea tonight.  For those with their new black pizza makers, a bit of advice - have all your ingredients ready to go (ie vegies cut up, eggs beaten etc) when you start making this.  When it's cooked, I removed the cooking dish from the pizza maker, placed a plate over the frittata and upended it onto the plate using a tea towel to cover the hot spots. You can then place another plate on top of it and turn it up the right way for serving.
