A really quick and simple tray bake

I also added in crushed garlic with the oil, pancetta, mushrooms & used Hally's Turkish bread that I made earlier

DH has cooked the dinner on the rotissereie with minimal help. 5 more minutes & it will be devine:)

Amy, dh doesnt cook,we have a break through, very very moiist chcken, everything was delicious.

I gave him a few tis  like the lemon to keep it most, so so proud of him.

Tonight I provide the hamburgers and the rolls and all the bits to go with it and everyone makes their own according to what they want in it.
