Quirky Jo's chicken with cashews and coconut rice. Always a winner here.

I adore crabmeat especially in a sandwich Judy
Brings back memories when I was a child watching my Dad taking the meat out of a freshly cooked crab

Yum Judy. I made mad day's hamburgers and tried to cook them on the BBQ, but............the gas bottle finally ran out. I finished them off on the stovetop and we all enjoyed them.

Oh yum Bonsai.
We had pc corned beef and veges. Mocha ice cream for dessert. I love my new ice cream machine. So easy to use and now DS can have flavored ice cream.
