Tonight I made Jamie’s Cajun Spicy Chicken from his 15 min meals book.
YUM...I liked the look of this dish when that episode aired
last night was tandoori chicken with yoghurt dressing & coconut/tandoori rice
And tonight was
warm chicken & chorizo pasta

Pot luck Yvette. I have also taken a meal out of the freezer so that I don't have to cook today - chicken pasta of some description.

Pot luck Yvette.
Love the term pot luck. That's what my mum would say all the time. She was right on several accounts even if it didn't come out of the freezer. Made in a pot and good luck if you could stomach it.

Mum has many other talents though. She is a wonderful seamstress - would make evening gowns for all the neighbourhood women in the 60's - and in the 70's, when casual long dresses were referred to as patio dresses. She knits, makes fabulous cards (probably where I get my love of card making). Also a very caring nurse and the best mum ever.

Turned leftover roast chook into Judy's chicken & leek fillo pie and served with veggies ( potatoes and zucchini from our garden)
